MyRider an innovative Mobile and Web App, developed by Innovative Ideas (Pvt) Ltd, aims to provide a wide range of high quality and economical delivery services. We are bringing in smart delivery system to provide a safe, fast, convenient and affordable delivery solution to all our prospective customers. Whether it is a Business to Customer (B2C), Customer to Customer (C2C), Business to Business (B2B) services, we assure you that your consignments will reach the desired destination as per your expectation. Our fleet of bikers are equipped with latest technology and Apps to track, that allows our customers to book delivery requests and obtain real time updates.

Our delivery riders are available from 9 AM to 9 PM.

HOW TO USE THE APP
My Rider App is extremely user friendly. Follow the steps below to start using our services now.
1. Sign In
• Login to the MyRider App by providing your email address and password.
2. Select Service
• Choose service that you want to acquire.
3. Enter Details
• Enter details of the service.
4. Enter Drop Location
• Select the drop location from the map or search it using the search bar.
5. Click on Create Request.
6. You will receive a call from our representative and after confirmation a rider will be assigned to your request.
7. You will receive notifications about each step of your request.
